In the meeting set up in the History Hallway of the Clubhouse, they talked about “the significance and function of oral history in documenting organizational knowledge and history”. I listened to the words and experiences about the oil history and have worked in this regard. It should be said that the organizational history in Iran is not very young but it is juvenile. Some managers do this to make history, and some do so with the concern of recording organizational experiences or knowledge management.
