Yasouj city - Head of Art Department of Kohgiloyeh and Boyerahmad city announced about holding provincial Memoir writing workshop of oral history
According to Mehr News Agency report, Ali Hoshmand told the reporters about details of holding the workshop in the morning of Tuesday: “The workshop was held with presence of over 100 people interested in literature of sustainability with the issue of Islamic Revolution and Sacred Defense in the congress of Martyr Generals of the province.
He added that, doctor Siahpour, who is director of the Department of History at Yasouj University, and General Dolat Abadi, who is one of Sacred Defense period commanders, stated some issues regarding oral literature, in the workshop.
Hoshmand said: position of narration in history, necessity of recording memories, opportunities and challenges of oral history, and do's and don'ts of recording memoirs of oral history are such as presented issues in this workshop.
He stated: This workshop was held to aim for training a new generation of oral history writers in Kohgiloyeh and Boyerahmad.
Head of Art Department of Kohgiloyeh and Boyerahmad said: the Art Department has done significant works in this regard that collecting memories of combatants during Sacred Defense is one of the works.
Hoshmand said: currently, the five books about literature of sustainability are collecting and two books are in print that unveiling ceremony will be held very soon.
