60 new titles unveiled on martyred women

Iran held a congress revering 7,000 Martyred Iranian Women and unveiled 60 titles on martyred women.
IBNA: Arranged on Wednesday, March 6, 2013, the congress was held in the presence of a number of high-ranking officials like Representative of the Supreme Leader in Martyrs’ Foundation Hujatoleslam Mohammad Hassan Rahimian, Chief of Staff of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s Armed Forces Commander Hassan Firuzabadi, Head of the Basij Mostaz’afan Organization Commander Mohammad Reza Naghdi, and a number of the family members of martyred and Basiji women. The event was arranged at Tehran’s Vahdat Hall.
In his opening address, Hujatoleslam Rahimian read to the audience the message of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei.
Later in the ceremony, Commander Firuzabadi delivered a speech in which he asserted that the congress was the first one of its kind in Iran addressing martyred women. “No such ceremonies have ever been held so far in the history of the martyred women in Iran.â€
At the end of the ceremony the new titles were unveiled. Some of the titles are as follows: Heavenly Basil, Migrants of the Imposed War, the Broken Pearl, the Headway Kilometer, the Eastern Angels, Doctors, Nurses and Practitioners, Unidentified Heroes, the Sun Sisters, Strange Acquaintances, and We are the Very Sun.
