4th National Congress of Resistance Literature due

Iran will be hosting the 4th National Congress of Resistance Literature from February 27-March 1, 2013.

IBNA: The press conference of the 4th National Congress of Resistance Literature was held today with the attendance of a group of officials.

During the session, an official of the Foundation of preserving and publishing Sacred Defense works and relics talked about a book entitled “The letter of resistance” saying: “The work is an outcome of the resistance literature congress. The event established MA of resistance literature in Kerman, Isfahan, Semnan, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Tehran and Lorestan.”

Talking about the research department of the foundation, Colonel Rasouli said: “Providing the text books, as well as publication of 8 academic books, is among the section’s responsibilities. Moreover it also translates the resources of Sacred Defense and resistance literature.”

In other news, the secretary of the 4th National Congress of Resistance Literature said: “The congress considers the popular concept of resistance against national and foreign enemies and even the demon.

Ahmad Amiri Khorasani added that a total of 247 articles were submitted to the event’s secretariat and the 4th National Congress of Resistance Literature will be held from February 27-March 1, 2013 in Kerman. It will be supported by Defensive Science Research Center (DSRC), Foundation of preserving and publishing Sacred Defense works and relics as well Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman.

The congress will evaluate scientific and research-based articles which will be in line with the offered subjects and works which have new words to say in the field of resistance literature.

During the 1st and 2nd congress 50 and 90 articles were respectively submitted to the secretariat while the 3rd congress received 145 articles.

Literature of resistance is a concept which exists in all countries and several literary texts were created following the WWI and WWII. Moreover the Muslim countries and nations of North Africa and Latin America have released numerous literary works against slavery and about resistance. Accordingly we seek to exchange culture and internationalize the national festival. However during the 3rd edition, the congress received articles from Iraq and Lebanon, he added.

The congress also intends to establish the PhD of resistance literature as well.

Moreover a book fair will be held on the sidelines of the 4th National Congress of Resistance Literature which will present Sacred Defense Books.

The Arab People Committee

Another event that happened in Khuzestan Province and I followed up was the Arab People Committee. One day, we were informed that the Arabs had set up a committee special for themselves. At that time, I had less information about the Arab People , but knew well that dividing the people into Arab and non-Arab was a harmful measure.
Book Review

Kak-e Khak

The book “Kak-e Khak” is the narration of Mohammad Reza Ahmadi (Haj Habib), a commander in Kurdistan fronts. It has been published by Sarv-e Sorkh Publications in 500 copies in spring of 1400 (2022) and in 574 pages. Fatemeh Ghanbari has edited the book and the interview was conducted with the cooperation of Hossein Zahmatkesh.
