Art Center’s books to be presented in 55 countries

Manager of the public relations department of Art center said that 120 book titles of the center’s productions will be distributed in 55 countries.
IBNA: Habib Ilbeigi said: “The international cultural movement is in line with the statements of the Supreme Leader themed on expanding and disseminating Persian language and literature in other countries.â€
He added: “Considering the leader’s statements and the priorities of the Art Center on promoting the Islamic Revolution’s cultural and art, the center decided to distribute the books with an object of expanding the revolution’s art and culture, introducing Persian language and literature, introducing the literature of Sacred Defense and resistance as well as introducing Iranian and Islamic lifestyle and families for international Persian-language people.â€
He added that the plan will be also be carried out for the Persian language and literature students and professors, in foreign universities, to get familiar with the concepts of the Islamic Revolution and Sacred Defense’s works.
Ilbeigi went on to say that the process of distributing Art Center’s written works in foreign countries is done with the cooperation of the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization. The first collection accommodating 120 titles will soon be sent to 55 countries.
He then talked about the session held between the officials of the Art Center with other countries’ Persian language and literature students and professors saying they lamented the lack of Parisian sources, published in their countries, following the Islamic Revolution.
Ilbeigi hoped that the book’s distribution will fill in the gaps existing in the field of introducing works in the centers of the Islamic Republic of Iran in foreign countries.
Moreover he added that other cultural organizations and centers should enter the field and take effective steps towards introducing the real Iran to foreign countries.
Talking about the books, he added: “The selected books are themed on Islamic Revolution and the Sacred Defense poetry, novels and memories as well as research works and reference books some belonging to teenagers.â€
The book’s writer include Seyyed Ali Mousavi Garmaroudi, Mohammad Reza Sarshar, Mansour Anvari, Sadegh Ashur-pour, Ali Moalem Damghani, Abbas Barati-pour, Alireza Qazveh, Mohammad Kazem Mezinani, Emad Afrough and Ali Vazirian.
The books will be distributed in academic and cultural centers as well as culture houses and chambers of the Islamic Republic of Iran in countries including Germany, Greece, France, Mexico, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Australia, Canada, Spain, Ireland, Qatar, Oman, India, Tajikistan, Lebanon, Indonesia, Algeria, Sudan, Uzbekistan, Syria and Pakistan.
