► Emphasizing that poetry of the holy defense and story works of children and adolescents are important genres, in an interview with IBNA, Hadi Khorshahian stated: in the work of oral history, the most important genre is the genre of the Holy defense, that is, as much as we have oral history in the field of the Holy defense, neither in the field of the Islamic Revolution nor other domain.

► At the meeting of “Oral History of the Holy Defense Documents and Research Center,” the faculty member of the Research Institute of Islamic Culture and Thought stated: "Part of oral history is lived experience of individuals, and in oral history, in addition to the experiences of the war, the narrator's lived experiences are also taken into consideration; so, the expert presenter accompanies the narrator, a cooperation in which outputs are different from non-professional interviews.

► The head of the library and documents of Yazd’s General Directorate for Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Works and Values announced holding of a review session of oral history book of “Ashamed Fighter” on the occasion of Basij Week in Yazd.

► The secretary of book department of Mehrvareh Havay-e-No said: “Undoubtedly, congregations (Hay'ats) have had tremendous influences and developments on their surroundings and society throughout history, which adds to the necessity of writing oral history of these congregations.”

► Stating the written Ashura works have been produced mainly with a historical view and in a descriptive type, at the press conference, the researcher of music and ritual literature at the Mehrvareh “Havay-e-No” said: “In this Mehrvareh, in the book section, we have two events of The Book of Ashura, and the Year Book of Hay’at (congregation), in which oral history is special subject of the year book of Hay’at.”

► The first workshop on recording oral history was held with the participation of Mohammad Ghasemipour, head of the Office of Resistance Culture and Studies of the Deputy of Provincial Governance in Azam Hosseinieh, Zanjan.

►Referring to the publication of his new book “The Lalehzar Street’s Forgotten”, Peyman Sheikhi said: "The only necessity that I have always felt in the theatre of our country is existence of resources which are written based on oral history, documentary and truth —I emphasize truth— and honesty.

►The directors of Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Works

and Values in the Army Units in Razavi Khorasan became familiar in a

workshop with the methods of collecting oral history and Holy Defense

documents as well as organizing them.

► The book launch of “Kashkol Mirza Javad Agha”, “Counterattack v. Clue Ball (in Persian: Patak alayhe Pitook)”, and “Marzieh” was held with the participation of Mohammad Mehdi Ahmadian, author and head of Oral History Department of “Defenders of the Shrine”, The Office of Studies of the Cultural Front of the Islamic Revolution; Golali Babaei, author in the field of Holy Defense; Sardar (General in IRGC) Ali Nazeri, Director of Fatehan Publications and the officer for the Resistance Literature of IRGC’s Organization for the Preservation and Publication of Holy Defense Works; and Meysam Rashidi Mehrabadi, the expert presenter of Behnashr Bookstore.

► The author of book “Mr. Shadi's Assignment”, written about Alireza Khamseh, pointed out the theme of this book, written in the form of a long interview, and in an interview with Radio Goftogoo, he described this work as a reflective of Oral History of Cinema.  

►Radio Farhang has arranged an interview with Afshin Shahneh Tabar, director and founder of Candle and Fog Publishing Institute in Haft Eghlim program, which focus on importance and necessity of translation and globalization of culture, memory writing, and oral history of the Holy Defense.

► The workshop on introducing components and methods of recording oral history was held in person in the amphitheater hall of the Qom’s Museum of the Islamic Revolution and the Holy Defense.  

► The book “Sit for a while Until it rains” was unveiled at the memory night of “The Remnants of Love Caravan” in Zanjan.

►Announcing that the document of transformation of Hozeh Honari titled “Azerbaijan leading the Revolution” is being drafted, the head of East Azerbaijan’s Hozeh Honari stated: "The oral history issue is the priority of this document.

► The head of Isfahan’s Hozeh Honari said: "Promoting contemporary art of Islamic Iran, promoting Islamic art, and oral history in Isfahan has a unique potential and it should be considered.

► The first course of training oral history expert was started in 35 hours within four weeks by Applied Science Education Center of

Jihad University of Qom.

► the specialized workshop on “oral history with the tendency of Holy Defense” were held in 22 provinces of the country using the specialized manual style developed by NLAI in collaboration with Organization of Holy Defense Documents and Papers.

► Printing "Metadata Management for the Protection of Integrity of Digital Documents" and "Partoye Meshkat (Light of Lantern)" in the field of oral history was approved at the most recent meeting of the Publication Council of NLAI.

► The performance of the Documents Research Institute of NLAI in the field of oral history was described; therefore, the Department of

Contemporary History Research and Oral History of NLAI recorded in 13 audio files in 1224 minutes during the first six months of this year.  

► The Committee for recording oral history of cultural heritage pioneers  began with the order of the Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Handicrafts.

► Oral history interviews with top commanders of the Holy Defense are being conducted in collaboration with NLAI and the Organization of Holy Defense Documents and Papers, and so far these interviews have been conducted with top commanders of the Holy Defense in Alborz Province, and this process will be continued in other provinces.

► The book launch of “Sepidar”, oral history of the Student Basij of University of Tehran was held with the participation of Alireza Zakani and a group of other members of periods of this student organization.

► A meeting of consultation and appreciation of the authors of oral history of the Holy Defense was held with the participation of the head of the Organization of Holy Defense Documents and Papers of the Foundation for the Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Works and Values in the General Directorate of Yazd’s Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Works and Values.

► A specialized conference on analytical review of the oral history of Holy Defense operations, especially “Valfajr 8”, focused on Sardar Morteza Ghorbani, commander of the 25th Karbala Division during the holy defense, and with participation of generals and commanders of this division was held for two days in Babolsar Kowsar Complex.  

► In a meeting with the commander of the Army's air defense in the eighth fighting zone, the Director General of Isfahan’s Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Works and Values emphasized importance and necessity of collecting oral history of warriors in order to promote the culture of Holy Defense.  

► On the occasion of the Research Week, 11 books of the Holy Defense were unveiled in the field of oral history and documentary books in Yasuj.

► Mentioning that the five-volume collection of oral history of The Hoza has been effective and facilitator in investigative oral history, Associate Professor of History in History Department of University of Tehran said: "In the country, we need to make oral history investigative.

► Deputy political, security and social governor of Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad said: “Oral history of the Holy Defense ear in the province must be recorded in all aspects.”  

► The Director General of Kermanshah’s Islamic Advertisement Organization said: Highlighting the role of Hajj Qasem Soleimani in Kermanshah with the help of other agencies was conducted, and in this regard, the connections of this martyr with prominent figures of the province will be collected and published in the form of oral history.

► On the lines of the agreement of the Organization  of the Holy Defense Documents and Papers, and NLAI’s Documents Research Institute, the process of recording memories and unspoken words of senior commanders of Iraq's Imposed War against Iran  has begun.

► The mayor of district 12,  in oral history session of Imamzadeh Yahya (AS) Neighborhood with the participation of prominent professors of Tehranology, announced plans to publish two-volume collection of oral history of this neighborhood.  

► Efforted by Lorestan’s Hozeh Honari, a specialized workshop on oral history of the Islamic Revolution and the Holy Defense was held Thursday, December 22  in Khorramabad. The head of the Office of Resistance Studies of Lorestan’s Hozeh Honari announced participation of 60 researchers, warriors and activists in the field of Holy defense in the workshop on oral history of the Islamic Revolution and the Holy Defense.  

► The director of Qom’s Organization Holy Defense Documents and Papers announced preparation and publication of 10 books on the subject of documents and oral history of the Holy Defense by the General Directorate of Preservation and Publication of Sacred Defense Works and Values of this province.

► the Cinema Deputy of Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance said: "The unparalleled welcome of people of North Khorasan from the film “Mansour” in just 14 screenings is a sign of people's interest in the oral history of Islamic Iran in the form of cinema art.  

► The Director General of Ardebil’s Preservation and Publication Holy Defense Works and Values said: The collection of memoirs of Niyat Tizchang, a veteran and commander of the Holy defense era from Ardebil will be interviewed by Sayyid Saleh Hosseini and compiled by Javad Movassagh in the form of oral history.

► A one-day workshop on “Oral History of Holy Defense” and a specialized session of "Authors of Oral History of the Holy Defense" was held in Arak with the participation of enthusiasts and writers.

►At the session of “The Necessity of Theorizing in Iranian Oral History”,  Morteza Nourai said: "It is in essence of oral history that goes everywhere in order to be a mirror to the past. So, I think we should first not forget interdisciplinary feature of oral history, and the other is that if a theory is to raise, in the process and outcome of oral history in related matters, we must use interdisciplinary procedures.

► Referring to the importance of recording and writing history of the Holy Defense and Islamic Revolution, the head of Lorestan’s Hozeh Honari said: We are ready to receive projects and ideas related to oral history in the field of the Revolution and the Holy defense by all researchers and writers.
