IBNA- Concurrent with the fortieth day of the Iranian manuscript scholar Abd ol-Hossein Ha’eri, Iran’s Book House Institute released a book on his life and career.

According to IBNA correspondent quoting from the Public Relations Office of Iran’s Book House Institute, the 22nd volume book from the series ‘Celebrities of Iran’s Contemporary Bibliography’ is the biography of Maestro Ha’eri authored by Ehsanollah Shokrollahi Taleqani.     
The late Abd ol-Hossein Ha’eri Yazdi an expert of manuscripts and books was born in July 1927 in the city of Qom. He worked at the Library of the Parliament (Majlis) since 1952 and served almost 20 years of this period as the director of this library.
He was also a member of the board of authors in Dehkhoda Dictionary and monitored the printing of several volumes of this great Persian work. He was the theorist of ‘Rewriting the History of Science by Rewriting the Indices of Manuscripts’ which brought him an international award.
The series ‘Celebrities of Iran’s Contemporary Bibliography’ is published by Iran’s Book House Institute. The book ‘Biography of Maestro Abd ol-Hossein Ha’eri’ has been printed in 48 pages with a print run of 1200.
