Special stand for veterans at TIBF

Cultural deputy of Guidance Ministry announced the ministry's readiness to endorse works by Sacred Defense veterans at the Tehran International Book Fair.
IBNA: According to the public relations office of the Guidance Ministry's cultural department, Bahman Dorri, Cultural Deputy of Guidance Ministry, said the above at a meeting with the advisory council of veteran's affairs at the culture ministry.
As he said, the purchase and publication of books by Sacred Defense literati is one of the top priorities of the cultural department and an stand is intended to be installed at the 25th Tehran International Book Fair to showcase their publications and achievements in the past 25 years.
He went on to say that specific financial privileges are arranged for veterans by the department and they will be given job promotions.
He went on to say that book-reading contests will also by held for Sacred Defense veterans.
Also in the session, Dorri was informed about the latest cultural developments and activities by the veterans including their publications.
