Iranians to read Gyorgy Lukacs political notes

Gyorgy Lukacss political notes taken during the years 1919 to 1929 are converted into Persian by Omid Mehregan and will be released in a volume entitled as Blooms Theses.

IBNA: According to Alireza Javid, culture and humanities editor of Saless Publications, in these notes Lukacs analyzes the consequent events of October Revolution of 1917 and its effect on Europe as a leftist thinker.

György Lukács was a Hungarian Marxist philosopher and literary critic. He is a founder of the tradition of Western Marxism. He contributed the concept of reification to Marxist philosophy and theory and expanded Karl Marxs theory of class consciousness. Lukács was also an influential literary critic, especially in theories of realism and the novel as a literary genre. He served briefly as Hungarys Minister of Culture as part of the government of the short-lived Hungarian Soviet Republic.

The Theory of The Novel is his most known book in Iran, yet this is the first time his political views come available in Persian.
According to culture and humanities editor of Saless Publications, in this volume Lukacs speaks about the after-effects of the Russian October Revolution and Practical Marxism.

"Blooms Theses" containing Lukacss political notes is converted into Persian by Omid Mehregan and will be released by Saless Publications.
