"Shemshad and the Fourth Wish" to come in English



Akbar Sahrai's war story "Shemshad and the Fourth Wish" is being converted into English by Palizan Publications. His previous book "The Puzzle of the Fish Canal" has also been converted into English by Elmi Farhangi Publishing House.

IBNA: "Shemshad and The fourth Wish" is a book on bravery, bounty and sacrifices of a young man named Shemshad during war operations showing him is his solitude where the magic lamp and a giant are also present.

The work is compiled in 40 chapters including "Frog-Eyes", "The White Flare", "Alley of Quarrel and Peace", "The Giant Soldier", "Six Gunmen", "The Room with Five doors", "Tale of the Blonde", "Hercules Bicycle", "The Patriot" and "The Magic Lamp's Giant".

Celebrated Akbar Sahrai was the winner of 2010 Holy Defense Book of the Year for writing "Shemshad and the Fourth Wish".

Palizan Publications is in charge of translating this book into English. The English translation of his previous volume "The Puzzle of the Fish Canal" had been done by Elmi Farhangi Publishing House.
