“No Comment Document”

In the abstract of this issues “No Comment Document” we read:

“This document represents the Soviet invasion to northern borders of Iran. Based on this document, the Russian government announced that reason for entering Iranian soil was to return Russian immigrants who had taken asylum in Iran back to Russia. However, the reporter of this detailed report shows that it was only an excuse and the attempts by Iranian government were only for the benefit of Soviets. This assumption is strengthened when we understand 2600 soviet forces passed Iranian border on June 3rd 1930 and invaded villages of Qara-Qooch, Uzan, Khomarloo, and some others. They burned and destroyed public assets on their way and plundered animals and other belonging of people. Killing and injuring a group of villagers and threatening local people and officials were other aggressive deeds by the soviets when invading Iranian soil.”

At that time, I had less information about the Arab People , but knew well that dividing the people into Arab and non-Arab was a harmful measure.

Is oral history the words of people who have not been seen?

Some are of the view that oral history is useful because it is the words of people who have not been seen. It is meant by people who have not been seen, those who have not had any title or position. If we look at oral history from this point of view, it will be objected why the oral memories of famous people such as revolutionary leaders or war commanders are compiled.
