Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, expressed his condolences for the loss of Ms. Marzieh Hadidchi Dabagh, the tireless revolutionary fighter. The message read: “This brave and dedicated lady was a faithful fighter during the idolatrous regime and detention and torture failed to dissuade her from this hard way; in the Islamic Republic regime she served as commander of Iranian Revolutionary Guards in Hamedan and Parliament representative and University professor and she participate in service organizations and had the honor to be a member of the delegation to convey the message of Late Imam to the authorities of former Soviet Union.

Ms. Dabagh was born in 1939 in Hamedan, she was hospitalized in Khatam Olanbia hospital for a while due to heart disease. She passed away on Thursday, 17 November 2016. Her funeral and burial took place on Friday, 18 November 2016 in the Shrine of Imam where families of martyrs, veterans and Imam Khomeini’s family members and military and administrative authorities participated. After prayer held by Hojatol Islam Seyyed Hassan Khomeini in the shrine of Haj Agha Mostafa Khomeini located on the west side of the shrine, she was buried next to the tomb of Late Dr. Hassan Habibi and Late Dr. Sadegh Tabatabaie.

The twenty eighth book of memoirs published by Islamic Revolution Literature Department, titled “Memoirs of Marzieh Hadidchi (Dabagh)”, written by Mohsen Hazemi is the most comprehensive source of the memoirs of this warrior lady. The book has been republished 16 times by Soureye Mehr publication.
